Just in Time For the Summer??

I can't help but to notice that within this past week most of my friends have been splitting up with their loved ones. What the hell is the reason for this?? Is it because the summer is right around the corner and there is no longer a need for a "cuddle buddy"??? I'm not understanding!?!?!? Every time I sign on to facebook there is a relationship status change. Not for nothing but that's making me a little nervous. Hell, I know I've been through it and back with my booski, but what the HELL!!! There must be something in the air and this HAS to be temporary! These aren't no 2 week relationships either. 3,4 ,5 years going strong. It makes me worry a little about my relationship. I hope none of his friends are over there like "Yooo, now's the time to be single!" Fuck that, I'll cut a bitches/niggas throat! I will never forget what one of my fellow peers once told me. I was new to NYC and she explained to me how dudes like to work. Hell, she hit the nail RIGHT on the head. She told me that guys like to get into relationships during the colder months. Most guys don't like the cold and that way they are able to go ahead and have someone to spend time with/fuck. As soon as the sun comes out, and females skirts get shorter and tighter, dudes decide they want to flex their single muscles a little bit. I have seen it time after time. As I tell anyone who is going through a break-up or who feels the need to have time away from their significant other..."I hope ya'll know what you're doing". I gave someone advice yesterday. For the sake of his identity I will call him Larry. I simply told Larry that during a break-up you have to put your mind aside. Being that you are educated, you will make educated and logical decisions. Those decisions may not always be the right ones for you. So fuck your mind. Follow your heart. Because granted sometimes it will steer you wrong, it knows what is best for you. So for all those new single people.....I reeealllyyyy hope that you guys are content with your decision and I wish you nothing but the best and complete success in all of your endeavors.
