Sometimes people think of the STUPIDEST ideas but they are sooooooo GOOD!!!!! This was always a complaint while walking with my boyfriend in the rain!!!!! It will run you about $40 bucks and it looks to me as though the design will prevent the umbrella from flying up on windy days.
